Keep The Beat CPR & First Aid Training was established in 1995 and has continually grown to help serve the needs of our clients. We are based on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland and and serve the entire Mid-Atlantic region. From Philadelphia, PA to Northern, VA. We have over 35 years in the Fire/EMS field and continually strive to learn more and more to bring realistic training to our students. We provide our training through the American Heart Association and we are a training center for ASHI (American Safety & Health Institute) as well as the National Safety Council. All of our instructors have hands on knowledge in health and safety, as well as certifications that will assure you will get the quality training you should expect!

Keep the Beat has a training facility on site where we continually host classes, or we can tailor make a class to work at your facility. Weather you are a sole student, or have a small or large group, we will provide the training you need! We are professional, yet we try to teach in a casual, friendly way. We want our students to feel comfortable with the skills learned so that when the emergency arrives, you can act quickly with confidence.
